Coronation Street fans were left flooding social media with comments as they believe they spotted a blunder and had questions about a 'missing' character as Dee-Dee Bailey's latest storyline continued to unfold.
The solicitor has had a traumatic experience having had to have her unborn child delivered swiftly after her concerns were dismissed by overworked nurses at the hospital.

As fans of the ITV soap know, the solicitor fell pregnant with her evil ex-fiance Joel Deering's baby before his shock murder last autumn.
Dee-Dee first kept her pregnancy a secret before opening up to Sarah Platt about her predicament as she didn't want to have Joel's baby.
But when Lauren Bolton's son, Frankie, who was also Joel's child, became ill, it became apparent that Dee-Dee's unborn child could be the one to save him and she eventually agreed to continue with the pregnancy to help Frankie, but would be giving up her child for adoption after the birth.
Dee-Dee's brother, James, has since returned to Weatherfield, having been spoken to by their dad, as offered to adopt his niece with his partner, Danny. Dee-Dee has been unsure about the idea but was left handing her brother her baby girl after her dramatic arrival during Monday night's (March 31) episode.
In dramatic and emotional scenes, Dee-Dee went into labour after her initial pains had earlier been dismissed during a visit to the hospital's maternity unit.
While she was seen by a nurse, Dee-Dee's pain wasn't taken seriously due to the staff in the ward being overworked. But her high blood pressure was noted and it was later revealed, as she was rushed back to the hospital after her waters broke, that she had pre-eclampsia and the baby needed to arrive immediately.

It was also after the traumatic birth that Dee-Dee was dismissed, with a nurse not listening to her requests about not breastfeeding or having skin-to-skin contact because she wasn't going to be keeping her little girl, as well as ignoring her complaints of extreme fatigue and general feeling of being unwell.
Dee-Dee then fell unconscious and it was discovered that she was bleeding heavily, something she was heard hinting at as she told the nurse she felt wet "down there".
It was during Wednesday night's (March 2) Corrie that Dee-Dee told her family the doctors had to perform an emergency hysterectomy in order to save her life, meaning she wouldn't be able to carry another child.
Her dad Ed encouraged her to rethink her decision to gave up her daughter, who James had named Leila, and her brothers also pressed her to take more time to think about what she really wants following her devastating news.
But after a confrontation with Lauren, in which Dee-Dee blamed her for going through with the pregnancy and almost dying as a result of the birth, Dee-Dee told James to tell the nurses that he was taking baby Leila home and that her decision was final.
However, at the end of the episode, as James arrived back at his family's home in Weatherfield with the baby, he received a phone-call from the States and was informed that his boyfriend Danny, who he would be adopting Dee-Dee's baby with, had been in an accident and it wasn't looking good.

But Corrie fans had a number of questions about the scenes - particularly how James was able to leave quite quickly with the baby, and the absence of Dee-Dee's mum Aggie, who hasn't been seen on-screen since 2023.

@LauraJeanneH shared: "Would the hospital just allow him to take the baby away just like that?? No proper discharge! #corrie." @Dayjur11 posted: "Okay, considering Dee Dee's mother Aggie is only an hour or two away on a train, where the hell is she?? #corrie." @camjmes0 asked: "Has Aggie been informed or do they just not care? #Corrie."
@LilMissMystic added: "It doesn’t make sense that Aggie hasn’t been notified that her only daughter has given birth, is giving her child to her brother and had to have an emergency hysterectomy; especially when Aggie is a nurse. They recast James; why couldn’t the Producers have recast Aggie? #Corrie."
